Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at help@outfitnos.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you on how to send the item back.
- Once we get your returned item and check it, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will refund your money to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to show in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges
- If you want a different size or item, please mention it when you request a return.
- We will ship the new item once we receive your return.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us at help@outfitnos.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will replace the item at no extra cost.
